We stayed in the Old Town Appartments 4 years ago, so the fact we have returned, speaks for itself. The appartment is spacious and well appointed and is very well situated for easy access to the city centre. There are shops nearby, and public transport close at hand. The office staff were very helpful and even got up early to check the flights to Edinburgh which was affected by the ash from the Iceland Volcano. I hope we will return someday, because Prague is a wonderful city.

The staff of the hotel is very helpful especially when we face the situation of volcanic ash. They gave us a good recommendation and really help us to pass through the bad situation.
The hotel should have bigger sign otherwise it is very hard to find the location of this hotel during the night time.

We were delighted by the size and layout of our apartment and think that it was feal value for money. The manager was very helpfull with local information. It is located directly behind the man square and everything is walking distance. We parked our hire car for 3 days and walked to all the old city attractions and the castle. Would stay there again.
The wireless internet was dodgy inside the apartment, but worked well beside the reception/office.

The stuff was really friendly and helpful. They did not have a problem to check in earlier and store my luggage for some time after my check out. The apartments are located only some meters far from the centre of Prague Old town. Great location!!!!

The location, near shopping and very good restaurants.
The night club on the first floor kept us awake between 00:00 until 5:00, except that this was a quiet neighborhood. We bought ear plugs and slept well the rest of the stay...

Excellent location in the city center
The hotel would be more excellent if they have wireless available all the floors, although they mentioned that they have wireless available. We stay in the 3rd floor and no wireless connection

The best location in Prague!!! directly behind Tower. Room is in "old classical" style. Huge space inside. :) 5 min to Karlov Bridge and most of al historical places.
No lift from main floor (just from reception). No furniture in bathroom (why???).

The department itself is huge and confortable.
Is placed near to a bar and if you walk back to the hotel very night you will see some drunked or highed kids. In order to reach my departments, I need to walk 2 floors, then the elevator 4 floors, and at the end a extra floor, this is not so comfortable when you travel with babycars, and old people, so is not so familiar at the end

Our apartment was very spacious and clean. The location was excellent - just a few minutes from tghe town square and the river.
The street outside was noisy some nights and it was very hot if we did not keep the windows open. Very little water pressure on the top floor.

It was an apartment for 5, on two floors, well renovated, it is ideal for a group of young people. Close to Charles bridge.
We were 5 people over 60years. This company has several apartments in town but it was not advertised this way. They put us in other address than the one advertised and booked for, further away from town. It was a very old building. The apartment was on the 4th floor, no elevator, very crooked stairs and another stair to the mezzanine in the apartment. No services in the hotel so we had to carry up and down the luggage ourselves. We had to stay out all day so we can go up and down the stairs only once a day. It was not comfortable at all. May be the apartment was well renovated but I think that this company should properly advertise their facilities and mention that this is not ideal with people of certain age or limited conditions or health challenged. So when you decided to book us in this apartment, they should have specified to us the challenges in this particular apartment, like so many stairs, no elevators, no services of luggage and not at the same address booked.

The bedlinen and towels in our apart was dirty!!!! Bathroom fixtures work bad! :(

Rooms were huge and comfortable, well equipped overall, excellent location.
The washing machine was problematic to say the least! Though staff were helpful with it. Also, lots of stair.
